Ultimate Air Games is our Nationals, as well as an end of the year party for all of our competitors.

The 2025 Ultimate Air Games will take place at the beautiful Wilson County Fairgrounds in Lebannon, TN, just 30 minutes East of Nashville!

This event is THE BEST OF THE BEST PLUS ONE BIG LAND PARTY!!!

 

Q. How do we qualify for UAG?

A. There are 4* ways - please click the link to the UAD Rulebook for an in-depth explanation for each:

1) TOP 5 of the 2024 Ultimate Air Games, you will receive an automatic invite as soon as the official UAG registration opens... BUT YOU MUST COMPLETE THE LEG REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN OUR RULEBOOK.

2) Qualify in the Top 5 in your division of the last Bubble before the Finals at a Regional Qualifier... BUT YOU MUST COMPLETE THE LEG REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN OUR RULEBOOK.

3) Top 10 from 2024 UAG + Qualify in the Top 5 in your division of the last Bubble before the Finals at a Regional Qualifier... BUT YOU MUST COMPLETE THE LEG REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN OUR RULEBOOK.

4) 4. Level 1 Plus Title*... BUT YOU MUST COMPLETE THE LEG REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN OUR RULEBOOK.

*Priority for invites to UAG go the first 3 designations. NOTE: If you are trying to get to Ultimate Air Games via a title, THIS WAY IS NOT GUARANTEED as space is limited. Typically, we only have space for 3 or 4 dogs to get in via a title, so if you want to go to the best dog party on land, make plans to attend a Regional Qualifier! All leg requirements must be completed by September 5, 2025.

REMEMBER... the above 4 ways are the ONLY ways to qualify to go to UAG... there are no exceptions. Ultimate Air Games is not open for walk-up registrations or practice dogs 

Q. When will emails go out to know if my dog made it?

Typically emails start to go out June-July. NOTE: If you know that you were in the top 5 of your division in the final Bubble before the Finals of the Regional Qualifier that you attended, then CONGRATULATIONS!!! If you weren't in the top 5, you still might get an email if someone before you declines or has gone to another qualifier and is already qualified... but MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS EITHER WAY!!!

Q. Are there hotels nearby?

YES! We're working on discount codes now so please check back!

Q. Will there be camping available at UAG?

YES! All RV or tent sites are $30 per night. There are plenty (1000 to be exact) of 30 amp RV spots with water. Some sites share one water spigot per every third campsite, so please bring a 3-way water splitter with you. There are 4 dump stations on the grounds, and 3 bath houses. When you register for UAG, you will be able to reserve and pay for camping... it will be on the form you fill out when you get your invite. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE FAIRGROUNDS about camping or RV spots.

Q. What will be the schedule for UAG?

We're still editing the schedule to accomodate Catch-It Pro, but this was last years UAG schedule:

 

What you can expect from Ultimate Air Games is simply a GREAT TIME! You'll see lots of people you know, plus meet some of your Facebook friends.

TENT CITY is an absolute blast and since the Games are right around Holloween, feel free to dress up your tent, yourself, and/or your dogs!

Our "Big Ole Family Dinner" event will be Friday night and this year, it's going to be a little more relaxed, more affordable, and there will be a cash bar! This is a "come however you like" family meal, meaning wear your dock clothes, wear a ball gown, or wear a costume... either way, there will be great food, and tons of fun!

Also, we typically have early check-in and setup on Wednesday from 3pm - 5pm. No tents or gear drop-off until after that time PLEASE, or it will be moved into the adjacent parking lot!!!
