ULTIMATE AIR GAMES (UAG) INFO PAGE

Ultimate Air Games is our Nationals, as well as an end of the year party for all of our competitors.

The 2024 Ultimate Air Games will take place at the beautiful Wilson County Fairgrounds in Lebannon, TN, just 30 minutes East of Nashville!

This event is THE BEST OF THE BEST PLUS ONE BIG LAND PARTY!!!

 

Q. How do we qualify for UAG?

A. There are 3 ways:

1) If your dog placed in the TOP 5 of his/her division and/or It-Game at the 2023 Ultimate Air Games, you will receive an automatic invite as soon as the official UAG registration opens... BUT  there is 1 requirement - your dog MUST have 10 legs in Distance Jumping (either from a mobile dock event, or a club event, or both); For IT-GAMES, your dog must have at least one leg in Fetch-It, Catch-It, Chase-It (either from a mobile dock event, or a club event, or both), depending on what your dog got Top 5 in.

2) Attend a Regional Qualifier:   For Distance Jumping: jump in AT LEAST 3 Splashes, and place in the Top 5* in the last Bubble before the Finals.  For all It-Games: Place in the Top 5 of your division. 

*If your dog does not place in the Top 5 in the last Bubble and you have 3 Splashes under your collar (or 1 for It-Games), you still may qualify if a dog that is in the Top 5 declines, or if someone in the Top 5 also attends another Regional Qualifier... in other words, you might not be out if you come in 10th. And you can always attend another qualifier!

3) If your dog has 5 MOBILE DOCK legs in a single division from any mobile dock event; or if your dog has 20 legs in one or more divisions from any CLUB or MOBILE DOCK event combined, you *may* also qualify... However, there is NO guarantee you will get an invite as space is limited. If your dog does meet the leg requirement, and you want to attend the best event on earth, please request a UAG invite NO LATER THAN AUGUST 12TH, by emailing us at events @ultimateairdogs.com - you have to delete the space after "events" to save us from spambots! 

FYI: We prioritize competitors for UAG in the same order: Top 5 from 2023 are at the top of the list, followed by all dogs that qualify at a Regional.  If you are trying to get to UAG via fulfilling the legs required (number 3), you will be on a list that will be filled first come first serve, but there is no guarantee as space is limited.    

REMEMBER... the above 3 ways are the ONLY ways to qualify to go to UAG... there are no exceptions. Ultimate Air Games is not open for walk-up registrations or practice dogs.

 

Q. When will emails go out to know if my dog made it?

Typically emails start to go out no later than June-July... so if you know that you were in the top 5 of your division in the final Bubble before the Finals of the Regional Qualifier that you attended, then CONGRATULATIONS!!! If you weren't in the top 5, you still might get an email if someone before you declines or has gone to another qualifier and is already qualified... but MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS EITHER WAY!!!

 

Q. Are there hotels nearby?

YES! We will have more information once we establish blocks and discounts!

 

Q. Will there be camping available at UAG?

YES! All RV or tent sites are $30 per night. There are plenty of 30 amp RV spots with water. Some sites share one water spigot per every third campsite, so please bring a 3-way water splitter with you. There are 4 dump stations on the grounds, and 3 bath houses. When you register for UAG, you will be able to reserve and pay for camping.

What you can expect from Ultimate Air Games is simply a GREAT TIME! You'll see lots of people you know, plus meet some of your Facebook friends.

TENT CITY is an absolute blast and since the Games are right around Holloween, feel free to dress up your tent, yourself, and/or your dogs!

Our "Big Ole Family Dinner" event will be Friday night and this year, it's going to be a little more relaxed, more affordable, and there will be a cash bar! This is a "come however you like" family meal, meaning wear your dock clothes, wear a ball gown, or wear a costume... either way, there will be great food, and tons of fun!

Also, we typically have early check-in and setup on Wednesday from 3pm - 5pm. No tents or gear drop-off until after that time PLEASE, or it will be moved into the adjacent parking lot!!!
